Select the exact iPad model, size and generation, then the configuration and colour listed in the option. Folio Only includes the magnetic folio. Folio + Inner Case includes the matching folio and a detachable protective inner shell. An iPad, Apple Pencil and display props are not included.

Each model is supplied in its own source-listed fit. Different Pro, Air, standard iPad and mini sizes or generations do not share one universal mould. Supplier photos illustrate the design on an example fit; inner-shell material and colour can vary by model according to the supplier.

Returning an item

Let us know within 14 calendar days of delivery if you wish to return an item. Send it back within another 14 days after notifying us, with its included accessories. You may unpack and inspect the item as you would in a shop. Any deduction for handling beyond this is limited to what the law permits.

Starting your return

Email us with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide the correct return address and instructions. Pack the items securely and keep proof of postage. Prior approval is not required to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal.

Return postage

If you change your mind, we’re happy to help with your return. We simply ask that you cover the return postage, including international postage where applicable. For a confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we cover the necessary return shipping; contact us so we can arrange it.

Damage and product issues

We recommend recording an unboxing video when your order arrives. If your item is damaged in transit, faulty or incorrect, email us with your order number and photos or a video, if available. A video is not required to request help. We’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage and damage caused by misuse are not covered as product defects. This does not exclude an original defect or restrict statutory withdrawal rights. The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Refunds and exchanges

We normally issue refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and checking the return, subject to any earlier legal deadline. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit. Contact us if you would like a different model or colour, and we’ll explain the return and reorder options.

EU withdrawal rights

For purchases covered by EU withdrawal law, you may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, then send the goods back within another 14 days. A clear email is sufficient. We refund without undue delay and within 14 days of your notice, including standard delivery charges paid. Where permitted, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever arrives first. Optional premium delivery charges above the standard rate are not refunded.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.
