Terms of service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
1. About these Terms
DuoCases sells phone cases and accessories through this website. The website and online store are operated by Cherrycom Worldwide SL. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cherrycom Worldwide SL, and “Services” includes this website, customer support and purchases from our store. These Terms & Conditions, also called our Terms of Service, explain the rules for using the site and placing an order. Please read them before purchasing and keep a copy for your records.
Company information
Company name: Cherrycom Worldwide SL
VAT number: B01965813
Company address: 3 Resurrection Street, Getafe 28, Madrid, 28091, Spain.
This is not a returning address. Contact us for the correct return address and instructions before sending any items.
2. Contact and related policies
For questions, order assistance, cancellation requests or complaints, contact support@duocases.net or our Contact page. Include your order number where available. Our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Cancellation Policy explain the relevant purchase procedures. Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority over these policies.
3. Eligibility and account information
To place an order, you must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract under the law that applies to you. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. You can contact us without creating an account.
4. Product information and selection
Check the description, selected variant, material, dimensions and included items before ordering. Product details apply to the particular item and option shown. Screen settings and lighting can affect the appearance of colors; this does not remove your right to receive goods that match their description. If a measurement or compatibility detail is unclear, contact us before purchase.
Check the device model and accessory compatibility stated on the product page. A case or accessory is not a guarantee against damage to the device. We are an independent accessories retailer and are not affiliated with Apple.
5. Orders and contract formation
Review your basket, delivery details and order total before submitting your purchase. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. We accept the order when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be completed or essential details cannot be verified, we will notify you and refund any payment for the cancelled items. This does not restrict rights that mandatory law gives you before dispatch.
6. Prices, payment and corrections
The currency, item prices and order total are displayed before you complete checkout. Available payment methods are the ones displayed at checkout; payment is subject to authorization by the provider. Review any applicable taxes or charges shown before paying. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or transaction charges.
If we discover a material pricing or description error affecting your order, we will explain it and ask whether you wish to proceed with the corrected details or cancel for a refund. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. Price changes apply to future orders and do not change an accepted order retrospectively.
7. Dispatch and delivery
We offer free shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and the 27 European Union countries. Orders dispatch in 3–5 business days; estimated transit is 8–12 days after dispatch. Transit and dispatch are separate periods. The delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. See the Shipping Policy for supported destinations, tracking and help with delays or missing parcels. A delivery problem does not automatically remove your right to a remedy.
8. Cancellation, returns and refunds
To request cancellation before dispatch, contact us promptly. Once a parcel has shipped, interception may not be possible; your return and statutory withdrawal rights remain available. You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Items should be unused and returned with their included accessories. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, we arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Customers pay the actual postage for ordinary change-of-mind returns; we cover necessary return postage for confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. The company address above is not the return address.
For eligible ordinary returns, we initiate the refund within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. We inspect returns promptly and do not use inspection to extend any mandatory deadline. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. If applicable law requires an earlier refund, that deadline takes priority. If a refund appears delayed, contact us with your order number so we can check its status.
9. Faulty goods and consumer rights
You are entitled to goods that conform to the contract and their description. Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Remedies, including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where required by law, remain available independently of an ordinary change-of-mind return window. Our return conditions do not limit statutory guarantees or your right to inspect goods.
10. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Use this website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person's information, distribute harmful code, interfere with checkout or attempt unauthorized access. The site content and branding belong to their respective rights holders. You may view and keep information for personal shopping and records, but commercial copying requires permission or a legal entitlement. We may restrict misuse to protect the site; this does not extinguish our obligations for an existing purchase.
11. Third-party services and site availability
Our store uses Shopify and payment, delivery and other service providers. External links may have their own terms and privacy notices; review them before sharing information. We remain responsible for our own obligations as your seller. Maintenance or technical faults may interrupt the site. If a checkout error leaves you unsure whether an order was received, contact us before placing it again.
12. Responsibility and events affecting fulfilment
We are responsible for loss and damage as required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not impose a general waiver of consumer remedies. If an event outside our reasonable control disrupts fulfilment, we will explain the impact and available options; your mandatory cancellation, delivery and refund rights remain in place.
13. Complaints and disputes
Contact support@duocases.net or our Contact page with the order details, the issue and the resolution you seek. We will investigate and respond without undue delay. You may also seek assistance from the competent consumer authority or use any court or dispute-resolution route available under applicable law. These Terms do not impose mandatory private arbitration or an exclusive foreign court on consumers.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Spain.
This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or court rights applicable in their country of habitual residence. These Terms do not waive non-excludable consumer or data protection rights.
15. Updates and remaining provisions
We may revise these Terms for future use of the website and future orders. The date above identifies this version. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a right does not itself waive that right.
