We recommend recording an unboxing video. If your item arrives damaged in transit, faulty or incorrect, contact us with photos or a video, if available. We’ll help arrange a replacement or refund and cover any necessary return shipping.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage and damage caused by misuse are not covered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
